Kick-start your career in one of these exciting and highly involving digital media internships

AkzoNobel creates everyday essentials to make people’s lives more livable and inspiring. As a leading global paints and coatings company, we supply essential ingredients, essential protection and essential color to industries and consumers worldwide.

We aim to lead our sector in social media and digital communications, and you can help us achieve this as one of two Digital Media Interns. As such, this is a truly exciting and paid opportunity to work closely with our Communications and Digital specialists as they create content for social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram) and optimize our use of the communications landscape.

Is this a challenge that matches your profile as an ambitious and creative thinker and doer who lives and breathes our increasingly digital world? Are you team player and quick learner with a flexible and energetic attitude – social media never sleeps! Above all, can you make the most of this fast-paced internship and gain valuable hands-on global and local experience?
If you offer all this and more we invite you to apply for one of two positions as
Digital Media Intern

What you’ll be doing
Working from our Global Center in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, you will be involved with a wide range of tasks at the digital heart of our global communications objectives.

In particular you write blogs, create visuals and edit videos that will sit on both global and local social channels. You also help us to explore and examine the latest social trends and media opportunities, and take on digital responsibilities such as maintaining and updating digital platforms (e.g. corporate website).

Occasionally you help our team to organize media events.

You will receive an appropriate level of financial compensation and the internship will last for 4-6 months. Your CV and application must be in English – and the more creative it is, the better.
