·         Contact and coordinate with Regional distributor of China to promote the column sales in China, Discuss with the RSM and column distributor to determine suitable column sales strategy and implement the strategy in each region of China.
·         Help and instruct the column distributor to organize the marketing activities, such as campaigns, sub-distributor channels and onsite seminars, etc.
·         Keep up with China column market trends, competition, dynamics and market shares, increasing the brand recognition as well as the sales revenue in China,
·         Approach key account and new application customers outside Pharmaceutical industries and instruct the related distributor to take sales actions,
·         Align with the internal application lab in China and also the labs of Distributors, arrange the possible application working list to solve the technical and after-sales service from the China market, help the distributor to solve the complaint for column sales in China market;
·         Help to organize and coordinate the marketing activities, e.g. e-promotion and exhibitions aligned with the global marketing strategy, under the instruction of RSM China.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

·         At least Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Medicine or Bioscience, or equivalent experience for marketing and sales, master degree or higher is preferred,
·         Great knowledge of HPLC and Chromatography, d eep understanding of China column business and market situation,
·         Solid experiences in marketing or branding is preferred, experience in column sales, marketing, analytical application management are highly preferred;
·         Excellent knowledge in English, both oral and in writing, other foreign languages or various Chinese dialect skills will be helpful,
·         Strong knowledge and understanding in analytical column marketing and branding, good network in analytical chromatography field; experience in cooperating with state or local SFDA are highly recommended,
·         Good skills in analyzing and digging into the sales data, have the abilities to propose product sales strategy and make detailed plan to implement,
·         Working experience in distributor management and distributor supporting is high appreciated,
·         Team player and s trong communication skills, both oral and in writing,
