- Sole source of creating requisitions in Taleo when requested by HM’s / HRBP’s
- Maintain information in (Taleo) and other systems as needed
- Receives interaction and direction from members of the TR, maintaining heavy interaction with candidates and hiring managers, both by phone and email
- Monitoring of recruitment email inbox and responding to all inquiries within the same day or next business day. Respond to candidate email inquiries routed from the Global inbox
- Provide support to internal and external candidates on their application status
- Act as Tier 1 line of Customer Service Support for all TR related issues, resolving simple to moderately complex issues submitted by employee via email, mail, and fax in a timely manner, and escalates more complex issues as appropriate
- Act as a liaison between HRBP, HM’s, candidates, TR employees and vendors
- Support in part of interview/assessment process as needed

Job requirements/Candidate profile

- Educated up to bachelor degree level or equivalent
- Requires 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources environment (preferably within a recruitment function)
- Experience involving technology (i.e. Taleo system, telephony, data entry experience) .
- Knowledge of recruitment practices and administration
- Strong customer services orientation
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and confidence to effectively work with all levels of the organization (including external candidates where necessary)
- Flexible and stress resistant, detail-oriented and self-standing
- Good command of English in oral and written
