Experienced at working with stakeholders to deploy technology to drive change programmes and transform businesses you are now looking for a fresh challenge in an organisation that will encourage your input, welcome your ideas and act on them. That organisation is AkzoNobel. Home to world class brands and with a reputation for driving product innovation we are now looking for technical expert to join our Dulux Decorator Centre retail trade operation and manage business transformation projects.
 
As Technical Lead you will engage with internal and external customers to discover and document processes and systems, identify weaknesses and escalate issues. You will then lead planning, processes and activities relating to technical system changes within the business and across other external systems. Important will be the ability to understand current business architectures and identify technical solutions to improve performance to achieve business targets. This will involve modelling, documenting and analysing current business processes as well as desired future ones. You will also drive the successful integration and rollout of AX into new sites.
 
With a technical degree, you must have substantial experience in a similar business transformation role and be used to working with major corporate system interfaces. You will be expert at converting operational requirements into deliverable technical solutions. You will also have experience with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics AX as well as of developing SQL queries to develop workflow solutions. Comfortable overseeing multiple projects you will possess strong coordination, time management and planning skills. An effective communicator, will also be comfortable managing external resources. You will be the sort of person who is passionate about excellence and delivers on commitments too.
