Responsibility

1. Customer experience
- Build the list of construction companies located in assigned territory
- Plan to visit them periodically
- Take advantages of the superior customer services to satisfy customers
- Generate good relationship with the decision-makers in assigned area to facilitate the winning
- Update the database cyclically

2. Comprehensive project approach
- Build project data through scanning and update changes promptly
- Proactively approach projects through contacting with specifiers, influencers (project owners, architects, contractors…)
- Collaborate with technical support to technically serve projects
- Establish & maintain good cooperation with project dealers & relative retail sales colleagues
- Collect competitors’ project approach information 

3. Deliver high winning rate & profitable sales
- Propose the business offers to win projects at the possibly optimal profit
- Take advantages of superior services offer and established good relationship with customers to get projects
- Work closely with project dealers & relative retail sales colleagues to secure success

4. Team development

- Come with subordinates on field to give proper coaching on the spot
- Ensure professionalism in daily work: planning, processes, formats, report, etc
- Generate teamwork within the team

5. HSE&S compliance

- Comply with HSE&S standard
- Actively observe in workplace to discover hazard and undertake necessary following steps (do PMOS)
- Ensure compliance of HSE&S
