Responsibility

- Achieve the budgeted sales volumes, revenue and contribution margin within specific area by managing all activities related to the sales cycle
- Develop projects according to plan and accumulate projects storage utilizing dealers’ network
- Help dealers on developing their teams by—
- Right promotion of corporate’s brand and value
- Introduction of products, process and services
- Internal and external environmental analysis, including but not limited to buz allocation and financial situation etc
- Overall capability improvement, including but not limited to buz capability and org efficiency
- Projects handling
- Co-visiting first party and main contractor
- Bidding and tendering following up
- Supervision of construction with TS team
- Complaint s settling and projects feedback
- Handle all the related commercial activities regarding own projects, including but not limited to pricing, overdue controlling and AR collection

Job requirements/Candidate profile

- University degree or above;
- At least 3 years working experiences on Project channel management
- Good interpersonal skill and communication skill.
- Good analytical skills and execution
- Good business acumen with innovative enthusiasm
- Fluent in Mandarin, workable English in written, and spoken is a preference
- High motivation and results-orientated
- Willingness to travel
