Objectives of the Job:
- Lead the FP&A team department in the region and proactively develop and grow FP&A analysts
- Contribute to implement the Regional FP&A roadmap/initiatives and follow the targets and goals for the regional team
- Proactively drive culture of continuous improvement
- Deliver measures, analysis and metrics at a regional level
- Contribute to the 3F FP&A transition journey
- Develop the team to be a Business partner to the navigators to further improve insights, particular in the area of sales and margin analytics, OPEX analysis and OWC
- Execute FP&A processes for the region, like planning and budgeting, that support the strategic objectives of the region
- Proactively help other team members to grow and develop
- Deliver FP&A roadmap/initiative and define targets and goals for the team
- Lead the setup, stabilization and improvement of the FP&A department
- Is responsible for driving improvement of processes within Regional FP&A in line with the Head of FP&A and establish the single value-added layer support above the Business
- Continually work to improve team, department and organization’s performance
- Act as a financial planning and performance management process owner on the regional level and lead, design, execute the Group wide financial planning and performance management process
- Deliver measures, reports and metrics on regional level
- Coordinate the execution of main control tasks by the regional FP&A team and facilitate efficient collection of quantitative and qualitative data, analysis and transformation of data into insight in order to deliver correct, timely and complete information that supports decision making
- Timely delivery of Reports, Presentations, Analysis and Insights to facilitate performance management discussion on regional level
- Provide Ad-hoc Reporting & Analytics on request/benefit of ISC Controller, Commercial Controller and other Finance stakeholders
- Deliver targeted high value adding analysis on the regional level balancing an independent view from ISC and Commercial control
- Follow policies and guidelines for the design, implementation and improvement of budget, planning and forecasting processes and timetables
- Eliminate, simplify, standardize and automate outputs in a structured and consistent manner

Job requirements/Candidate profile

Job Requirements:
- Finance manager with around 5 years of experience in a management role in strategic/transactional/operational finance and capable of analyzing complex processes and issues
- Acquired strong understanding of FP&A from a regional perspective
- Master degree in Accounting (i.e. RA, CA / CMA), Finance or Business (i.e. MBA) or equivalent
- Strategic thinker with strong financial and business analytical skills with the ability to analyze and assimilate data for critical business decisions in timely manner
- Ability to communicate effectively across all layers in the organization
- Ability to manage and connect stakeholders on different levels of the organization and streamline and transfer standardized processes to lower cost areas/departments
- Previous experience in setting up and managing FP&A team or equivalent departments with regional scope
- Previous management experience, proven people manager with the ability to build strong teams and lead and inspire others
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects
