Customer Service Manager

We are now looking for a senior customer service professional to support our network of Dulux Decorator Centre by ensuring the operational effectiveness of our central Stores and Sales Support Team.
As Customer Service Manager you will ensure a brilliant service to both customers and colleagues. You will set standards, champion a service culture and encourage positive customer interactions. We will look to you to create and implement a service strategy to support our trade stores to deliver against performance targets. This will involve designing current and future processes as well as incorporating technology, systems and people to enable them. You will develop KPI’s as well as build the capability of the team to deliver them too. You will oversee budgets, motivate and develop your team’s skills. You will also continually review processes and KPIs to make sure they are fit for purpose as the business evolves.
