Dulux Academy is the home of professional painting and decorating supporting both new and time-served decorators to reach their personal and professional ambitions. As Support Services Coordinator you will support the Dulux Academy team in the promotion and scheduling of courses, a point of contact for customers providing advice and information to those attending courses and those who are part of our Pro-Loyalty Program ensuring that the customer experience is delivered in the Dulux way.

Job requirements/Candidate profile
With administrative experience, preferably within a learning background, you will be responsible for coordinating the Dulux Academy program of activity including course and learner management, maintaining accurate learner records and providing relevant data and reports. You will also liaise with and manage 3rd party providers, external venues and appropriate awarding bodies where necessary.
You will be an excellent communicator and team player with good IT skills.
