1. Co-work with company marketing team to land different marketing support to ecommerce, with the purpose to drive traffic and conversion 2. Co-work with brand marketing team, to land brand campaign on ecom sites to make sure the best investment and return. 
3. Co-work with product marketing team , plan and evaluate eCommerce-specific products development, and support team to push ecom product sales performance
4. Co-work with digital marketing team, to work on various social media ,  to deliver the best brand penetration with well developed content, to drive traffic to ecommerce site, and to future O2O systems

5. eCommerce trade marketing 6. This role would  support eCommerce team, inline with online promotion calendar, to organize promotion campaign material support, mechanism support

7. eCommerce Digital program ROI8. Master total ecommerce digital media budget, oversee the plan, investment and execution to deliver KPI/ ROI 

9. Content creation and consumer journey optimization10. Based on marketing product content, social media content, to further develop content with eCommerce logic and being able to deliver sales conversion
11. Optimize flagship store user journey based on store data, consumer insights, category insights as well
12. Consumer feedback summary , support DSR improvement to meet KPI

2. 3-5 years in traditional marketing team, including brand / product team
3. FMCG marketing background
