Responsibility

1.     Excellent to use Office Application, good communication, ready to support sales team to share paper work. Good analysis data to help RSM recognise risky projects (CRM, BCI, Sales Report, …).
·         CRM update, monthly report follows NSM & RSM’s suggestion, overall analysis on outcome data.
·         Co-operate with NSM & RSM to prepare data for sales weekly meeting: MTD, project pipeline, competitor activities, project issues, new opportunity.
·         Prepare sales document: Price Strategy, MOU, Letters, … to support sales team.
·         Co-operate with RSM to exchange Spec pipeline to Sales team: upload on CRM. Follow up with sales if have any update.
2.     Establish strong relationship with internal divisions to make sure PO delivered smoothly and on time.
·         Open PS code, new payer, sold-to creation.
·         Co-operate with sales team and logistic to make sure delivery goods on time to right project site.
·         Co-operate with TS team to plan for prepare sample to support Sales and Spec team.
·         Provide and update sales forecast of Project to Demand Control to support IBP meeting.
3.     Support necessary activities ie event, workshop, training, etc
·         Prepare facility, documents, tools for Project and Company’s event, workshop and training.
·         Collect information from attendance, build customer database to use for next event.

Job requirements/Candidate profile


- ·          University graduation.
·          Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
·          Successful track record (minimum 1 years) in sales support/admin.
·          Understand sales project is a benefit.
·          Influenced written and oral communications skills – in both of English and Vietnamese.
