Responsibility

* Purpose:
- Be responsible for Good quality and ATP of bonding and post-blending products as well as safety at bonding area.
- Partner with production team to ensure bonding and post-blending process was implemented fully to meet the annual KPIs that were established.
 
* Key Objectives:
- Ensure Health & Safety conditions for a Safe Working Environment like 5S, Life Saving Rules as well as 3BBS/1 month.
- Closely work with Lab to implement right quality to bonding products
- Improve the quality and productivity of bonding and post-blending products by:
+ Ensuring all of operator at bonding and post-blending area was trained with SOPs (both theorical and practical)
+ Ensuring that 100% of bonding products’ formulation was updated before running
+ Tracking and analyzing database of bonding and post-blending products as well as milling ones to have immediately actions for correcting and improving
- Provide the supports to production team to achieve 80% of RFT at milling stage
- Analyze the root cause for the Bonding machine’s breakdown which may affect production in order to get productivity and required quality to have the control plan
- Cooperate with QA department to analyze the cause of issue and corrective actions for complaints related to Bonding products

Job requirements/Candidate profile

- Graduated chemical university
- Experience and knowledge of powder coating are an advantage
- Other Special Comments:
