1. Manage and Implement MPY Pricing architecture management through SAP PRISM (25%)
- Scoping to identify current Pricing set up in Marine PC and Yacht in 7 regions in the following areas:
 - pricing
 - discount
 - surcharge
 - SAP Manual pricing governance report
 - SAP quotation functionality
 - Product and customer master set up related to Price and discount
- Create Architecture fit for MPY and signed off for development
- Communicate signed off set up to Prism Pricing development team on technical feasibility
- Work with Prism regional team, regional order processing team to ensure work stream UAT and system trials
- Support Prism team in SAP set up for global implementation

2. Lead to SAP PRISM tool with Interspec tool connect project (20%)
- Scope and create the project charter to connect two of our key commercial digital tools
- Lead the project team and manage key stakeholders including external vendors, customer service teams, SAP team and sales team to understand the extact details to send from Interspec to SAP PRISM
- Create, manage and govern the process how sales send their quotations from Interspec to SAP PRISM
- Lead alignment between management teams to understand the importance of such a connect and work with Tender team to work in the budget
- Lead the training and communication of the development through the internal sales and customer service organization
- Create a training manual and governance process to manage this particular sales process

3. MPY Lead with the Sales Force Excellence (SFX) program and team inputs (55%)
- Be the first point of contact with SFX program with Corporate functions on all activities and actions internally in the BU
- Maintain and give necessary inputs to the SFX leads on the Go To Market models and necessary KPIs to work wiyj
- Supports MPY CRM and Tender Operations Manager in the implementation and delivery SFX CRM pillar
- Continue maintain and improve Margin Management Acceleration Program (MMAP)
- In charge of quarterly update and sharing of deal calculator in MPY
- Identitifies and communicates Commercial Excellence opportunities
- Cooperates with corporate team to introduce and implement newly developed capabilities and tools
- Gives the necessary inputs into the commercial policy to other team members

Job requirements/Candidate profile

- Mininum 8 years of experience in sales, marketing or tender
- Analytical experience and has in depth knowledge of paints and coatings commercial, marketing and tender organizations
- Project management experience mandatory
- Deep understanding of pricing, costing and margin is a must for this role
- Experience in change management and managing resistance is a must
- Experience in regional tender or marketing teams with a deep understanding on what is important to our better understand our numbers is a must
- Posesses the skills to manage many different stakeholders with distinct objectives but getting all of them tow ork towards a common goal
- A great team player and likes to get work done
- Experience on e-commerce/digital desired
