Thermoplastics Production - Organic Peroxides

We are the global leading supplier of organic peroxides for the production of low density polyethylene (LDPE), styrenics, polymer polyols and controlled-rheology polypropylene (CR-PP) and high-melt-strength polypropylene (HMS-PP). In addition we are a major producer of metal alkyls for the polyolefin industry and also provide  polymer additives. Our range of organic peroxides, with the established brand names Laurox®, Perkadox® and Trigonox®, is the world’s largest. We continuously invest in developing new products and technologies, helping you to make your polymer production and polymer modification process more cost effective and safer, while improving the properties of your final product. Examples are:

Trigonox 301

Trigonox  301
A truly versatile organic peroxide that finds wide use in both polymer modification and polymer production. During the production of CR-PP, Trigonox 301 generates less volatile decomposition products, resulting in safer storage conditions while improving the organoleptic properties of your final product. In addition Trigonox 301 allows for increased plant output in LDPE production, improves melt strength of PLA and can significantly increase branching of PE.

Trigonox 421Trigonox  421
Our latest generation of organic peroxides for polymer polyols production and acrylic polymerization. Trigonox 421 is an eco-premium alternative to commonly used azo initiators. It has no toxic decomposition products, is an easy to dose liquid and a drop-in replacement for AIBN.

Safe supply of organic peroxides in composite IBCs

Your safety is our priority. Therefore we continuously invest in safer and easy to handle packaging for our products. Our latest development is a unique concept for the supply of organic peroxides in composite IBCs, which has many advantages over the supply in traditional metal IBCs. Have a look at our video to see what our newest packaging can bring you.
