Jeff Jirak

Jeff Jirak joined the Executive Committee in May 2025.

Jeff Jirak joined AkzoNobel in August 2022 as Business Unit Director for Powder Coatings. Before joining AkzoNobel, Jeff was Chief Commercial Officer at Valtris Specialty Chemicals. Previously, he held senior positions at DuPont, Chemours and Nouryon (formerly AkzoNobel Specialty Chemicals), and specialized in the strategic growth of high-performance materials, polymers and coatings. Jeff has over 30 years of experience in the performance materials and specialty chemicals sector.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from Drexel University.
