“Let's Colour” is all about adding color to people's lives. We believe in the power of paint to transform lives – which it does by uplifting communities, changing behavior and making living spaces more fun, livable and enjoyable.
Learn, grow and flourish
“Let’s Colour” projects are inspired by our desire to help children, families and communities who deserve a brighter tomorrow. With our passion for paint, we aim to provide opportunities for people who want to learn, grow and flourish.
The program is built on a triple foundation of making a positive impact and inspiring the lives of people in communities, driving employee engagement and building our brands. It’s one of the ways we’re living our Paint the Future purpose and making a positive contribution to society with our products.
Since 2009
It’s been more than ten years since we first launched our global “Let’s Colour” initiative to show how the power of paint can transform people’s lives and empower people who want to develop their employment prospects. Since then, the program’s touched people and communities all over the world – and we have no intention of slowing down!
2030 ambition achieved
As part of our key sustainability ambitions, we aimed to empower more than 100,000 community members with new skills by 2030. During 2024, we were very proud to achieve this ambition, six years ahead of the original planning.
