Perspectives2
Sur la base de la visibilité actuelle du marché, y compris les évolutions géopolitiques en cours, et dans les conditions commerciales actuelles, l’entreprise prévoit d’améliorer de 100 millions d’euros l’EBITDA ajusté à taux de change constants. Par conséquent, l’EBITDA ajusté pour l’ensemble de l’année 2026 devrait atteindre ou dépasser 1,47 milliard d’euros, sur la base des taux de change de fin 2025 et ajusté de la cession des activités en Inde.
À moyen terme, AkzoNobel vise à accroître sa rentabilité afin d’atteindre une marge d’EBITDA ajusté supérieure à 16 % et un retour sur investissement compris entre 16 % et 19 %, soutenus par de la croissance organique et de l’excellence industrielle.
L’entreprise prévoit un levier financier d’environ 2 fois la dette nette/EBITDA ajusté d’ici fin 2026. À moyen terme, AkzoNobel vise à maintenir ce ratio autour de 2 fois, tout en restant engagée à conserver une cote de crédit d’investissement de qualité.
La finalisation de la fusion avec Axalta, soumise à l’approbation des actionnaires et des autorités réglementaires, est attendue fin 2026 ou début 2027.
