Our dedicated recruitment teams go through the applications and contact the shortlisted candidates. If your profile doesn’t match the vacancy you applied for, a recruiter might reach out to you for a different opportunity better matching your skillset. 

3. Selection process

Our recruitment team will guide you through the selection process, which may differ based on the vacancy. Some of the ways in which we assess our candidates are short calls or video discussions, online assessments and in-depth, face-to-face interviews – all helping us find the right match. After selection, the recruiter will reach out to you with an offer and next steps to ensure a smooth onboarding.
