Aerospace Coatings Flying High

Akzo Nobel’s Aerospace Coatings business has been honored with a special award.

The Cessna Aircraft Company—based in Wichita, Kansas, USA—recently presented ANAC with its Leading Edge Award, which is given in recognition of outstanding customer service.

As a result, ANAC became only the ninth of Cessna’s 3000 vendors to receive the honor.

“Akzo Nobel Aerospace Coatings received this award because of their cooperation, hard work and can-do attitude that they exhibit on a daily basis,” explained Steve Forrest, Cessna senior buyer and planner.

“They go beyond the call of duty and that is what sets them apart from the rest of the field.”

Cessna, a subsidiary of Textron Inc, manufactures business jets, freight and passenger hauling utility planes and personal and small business single engine aircraft.
