A special competition, entitled How Is My Christmas?, was held recently which invited sons, daughters, nephews and nieces of staff members to create a drawing which expressed what Christmas meant to them.
The entries were divided into four age groups—4 to 5 years, 6 to 7, 8 to 9 and 10 to 11—with a winner being chosen from each one. The designs were then reproduced on the 10,000 seasonal cards sent out annually to doctors, distributors, pharmacists, media, colleagues and employees.
“The contest was designed to promote integration, to motivate our employees, bring their families closer and stimulate artistic activities among their children,” explained Américo García, marketing and sales manager of Organon Mexico.
“It’s also in line with our commitment to social responsibility and, of course, we think that with these very personal messages, we will have a nice opening in the first visit to our doctors in the new year.”
The winners, who all received various prizes, were chosen from a selection committee made up of a sculptor, a psychologist and an Organon Mexico representative.
