Akzo Nobel Car Refinishes has restructured its commercial vehicles organization in order to provide its customers with an even higher level of paint and services products through the global brand Sikkens Autocoat® BT.
A new organization, which is supported by strong regional organizations and facilities all over the world, is now in place.
Sikkens Autocoat BT is a high value global brand which offers families of products addressing the needs of the market and which is designed to improve paint shop profitability for CV customers.
This means that Akzo Nobel Car Refinishes now offers customized paint solutions and tailor made services through Sikkens Autocoat BT.
Customers include original equipment builders such as truck, bus, and train builders, commercial vehicles builders such as fire truck, specialty vehicle, trailers and tankers, as well as repairers and refurbishers.
The new global CV organization is led by Global Marketing Manager Martin Havlin and is supported by regional sales, marketing and support organizations and facilities, such as mixing centers, local laboratories, training and technical support.
